Clinifly – Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the Clinifly mobile application can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Clinifly is operated by MASSAGEKRAFT LTD.

How to request account deletion:
Users can request account deletion by completing the account deletion request form available on this page.

Please provide the following information in the form:
- Registered email address
- Full name
- Reason for deletion (optional)

Once the form is submitted, the request will be reviewed and processed after verification.

What data will be deleted:
After verification, the following data related to the user account will be deleted:
- User account credentials
- Personal profile information
- Authentication data
- Referral participation records

Data that will NOT be deleted:
Images, files, and medical-related content that have been submitted to clinics as part of treatment communication will NOT be deleted. These records may be retained by the clinic for medical, legal, or regulatory obligations.

Data retention:
Non-deletable records are retained only by the clinic that received them and are not publicly accessible. Other account-related data will be deleted within a reasonable period after the deletion request is approved.
